Thoughts and realities
Many times, people fail to see difference between real life and their thoughts. They become so much involved in their thoughts that they forget everything about their real life and starts believing their imaginary life as real life. Generally, people reach this stage in acute depression or sadness when they do not find any happiness or hope in real life. This kind of situation is bad as it makes it difficult for a person to behave normally in real world. These kinds of people start living in imaginary world more than in real life and they can take steps in suicide. It is important to provide good medical treatment to such people; otherwise situation can become very acute and difficult to solve. With proper psychological treatments it is possible for us to treat such patients.
